The Bluserena S.p.A. Unipersonale Newsletter is distributed via e-mail – automatically and free of charge – to anyone who requests to receive it by completing the form on the homepage of the website, or by giving specific consent to data processing in forms where such consent is required.
The personal data provided will be used solely to deliver the requested service, using digital and electronic tools, and will be retained only for the duration of the service. Once the cancellation request is made, the data will be deleted within 24 hours.
The legal basis for this processing is the consent given by the user who wishes to receive the newsletter service. The Data Controller is Bluserena S.p.A. You may also receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another data controller (data portability).
